Click here to create a client/dog profile and schedule a complimentary 1-hour consultation. You'll get to know your canine care specialists, introduce them to your dog, and familiarize them with their surroundings. We will make a recommendation for ongoing care based on your dog's breed, age, temperament, and any special needs.

How Many Visits a Day Does My Dog Need?
The decision on the number of visits per day is entirely up to you. Consider your dog’s breed, age, and temperament when making a choice. We suggest a minimum of two (2) visits per day to as many as five (5) visits per day for inside dogs and puppies. Depending upon your lifestyle, two (2) to three (3) visits per day should be enough. Dogs that are crated need three (3) visits per day.

Our walks are private and one-on-one. If you own more than one dog, they’re walked together.

The safety of your dogs and the security of your residence are important to us. We do not take possession of your key, but we work with you to identify the best keyless solution to access your residence. Our first recommendation is a ShurLock lock box. Other options are electronic locks, key fobs, and garage code access, which require a key to be hidden on the property or surrendered with a neighbor should there be a power outage or low battery.

We are covered by a $1,000,000-commercial bonding and liability insurance policy if something were to happen to your dog or home.

Life happens, so there will be times when schedules change. This happens when you have a last-minute request or there is an emergency arises, but your primary care specialist is unavailable. In those situations, we will send another one of our well-trained and well-informed professionals as a back-up. We’re more than happy to arrange for you to meet the backup care specialist so you’ll be comfortable with who is caring for your dog and entering your residence.

We’re like the postman, rain or shine, sleet or snow, we’ll be there. We will not walk if there is a torrential downpour, hail, or dangerous lightning. We don’t want to put your dog or our canine specialists at risk. We will also take into consideration how your dog feels about walking in the rain. Some absolutely love it, while others would rather stay indoors.

We will contact you right away. If we cannot reach you, we will take the necessary steps to make sure your dog is home and safe. We will contact your vet, and if needed, we will go to the nearest emergency hospital. Unless we are liable for the incident, you will be responsible for any cost related to the emergency.

The Canine Club offers preferred pricing to owners who consistently schedule three or more walks per week (12 or more per month) on recurring days and times. If your schedule changes frequently or you need visits intermittently, such as when traveling or stuck at work, then our regular pricing would apply.

Canine Club members are billed and charged for payment when scheduled. Payments for clients who do not choose the Canine Club will always be due one day after your services are completed and charged to your card on file.

Payments are processed online using your credit or debit cards and ACH. We accept all the major credit cards. Whenever a payment is charged to the card you have on file, an invoice is automatically emailed to you.

Absolutely! Treat your canine care specialist as you would to any other service provider. They’re grateful and thrilled to receive monetary appreciation for superior effort. Selecting gratuity through your client portal, on the Invoices menu, you can leave the amount you desire.100% goes to your canine care specialist.

When referring new clients, you will receive a free visit credit on your account after the referred party books three visits with us. Credits will expire 6 months from the date of the credit. There is no limit to how many credits you can earn.
