Policies and Fees

Holiday and Special Day Fees

All appointments scheduled on holidays and other special days will incur an additional $10 fee per visit for dates surrounding a Major Holiday or Special Day. These include:

  • New Year’s Eve and Day
  • Super Bowl Sunday
  • Good Friday 
  • Easter 
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July 
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Eve and Day
  • Christmas Eve and Day

Initial Meet, Greet, and Consultation ​

Our initial-hour consultation is free.

After Hours Fees

Normal hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.  Early Morning & Late Night Visit rates apply after 8:00 PM until 8:00 AM. 

Weekend Fees

All appointments scheduled on weekend days will incur an additional $5 fee per visit.

Rush Booking Fee 

Rush fee may be charged for appointments scheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation Fee

We require a minimum 24-hour* advance notice if you need to cancel any assignment, or a 50% cancellation fee may apply. Holiday and Special Day cancellations require 7 days’ notice or you will be charged 50% of the entire scheduled service.

Behavior and Special Handling Fee

Fees will be determined based on any specific requirements needed when caring for your pet (e.g. aggression, fear, post-surgery care, separation anxiety, and specific staff experience level needed).
